I really loved “My Seductive Innocent.” The characters were stunning, unique, intelligent, and witty. This book feels like a 10 star read; and for that I will be forever loyal to the writings of Author Julie Johnstone.
Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised when I first dived in; not knowing what to expect. I figured “another Historical novel…”
But no, this was like no other. I knew then that I would love this book forever.
I loved the story line. Sophia is a breath of fresh air; teaching Nathan how to see the inside of someone else. Nathan was the ultimate of rogues; meeting Sophia changed his life forever.
Now, you all know I am not one for spoilers.. but let me tell you now: this book is superb and not what would be expected. I was blown away. Julie Johnstone’s writing skills are phenomenal.
Every time I thought I knew what was coming, I didn’t. Some books are so predictable and completely boring. “My Seductive Innocent” was such a roller coaster ride. The characters and their inner thoughts were something to be infatuated with. I loved the things going on in their heads; realistic and irresistible.
Once I started to read I couldn’t put the darn thing down. Yes, causing me to stay up later at night. Which in turn caused me to be exhausted, but in a good way!
Charming and full of life, Nathan really set the pace for this series. He captured everyone with his regal style and elegance; leaving us all wanting more. I hope I am able to hear more about Sophia and Nathan in the future.
With that being said, it comes down to this: I highly recommend this series to strangers, family, and friends. I mean every word! You will love the Rogues; with their ways and journeys, finally finding their one true love.

About the Author
Julie first fell in love with romance fifteen years ago when she picked up her first romance novel in an airport gift shop on the way to Conroe, Texas for a family reunion and spent her whole weekend reading rather than water skiing, which up until then was one of her favorite things to do.
Julie is staying up way too late and typing furiously on her keyboard to finish her next book or blog with her fellow authors at Ladyscribes. Julie is married to an amazing lawyer and when she is not running her two precocious children to one activity or another she is trying to eek out some time to stay in shape and see her dearest friends.
